July 4th, Fireworks, & Bikes!

To me, of all the holidays in the year, July 4th is the most nostalgic. There's something immediately reminiscent about the combined powers of bbq-ed hamburgers, fireworks, and sunlight until just after 8pm. For whatever reason, this makes me want to ride my bike around the neighborhood at night.

After a couple years of neglect, I've finally given my sweet-ass bike a wash. I'm hoping to find a little bit of time to take this bad baby around the block. If the weather permits. If it's not, like, 120 degrees outside.
